Lovely bakery. We’ve been visiting this shop for over 20 years and the bread and cakes are still as good as they always were. We enjoyed our pasty straight from the oven today. Delicious. Thank you. Carol and Tom from Newark, Notts
Years ago visited this bakery and yesterday returned, bought bread, cheese scones and a warm apple pie that had literally just come out the oven, would definitely give these items top marks they were absolutely delicious. Well worth a visit a charming little bakery.

I visited when passing through Reeth in June. I realised jsut before I went into the shop that I had forgotten my wallet. I hoped to pay on my phone but I was unable to do so due to lack of mobile signal. However the lady was very friendly, helped me make the most of what loose change I had been able to scrape together, and sent me on my way with a beautiful sandwich on freshly baked bread, and a drink. I really wish I had my wallet with me as the other food looked beautiful, and I was starving! I think I was let off with a few pence, for which I was very grateful as I was about to embark on a 90 minute drive home. I'll definitely call in again if I happen to be passing through or visiting Reeth in future.More reviews+12
Popped in on our way back for some sausage rolls, definitely some of the best we’ve ever tasted- hot and golden. Friendly and pleasant bloke on the counter.
Gem of a bakery. If you are walking this is the place, their filled rolls are to the brim. Scones are heavenly . A must every time. Not to be mistaken with the Artisan bakery further up the road.
Not cheap but excellent food home made and a friendly couple serving, just don't expect a quick visit as they love to have a friendly chat,will definitely be back

Pasties und Saussageroll haben uns gut geschmeckt, allesdings assen wir schon (viel) bessere. Aber gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Translation
We enjoyed the pasties and sausage roll, although we've had (much) better ones. But they were good value for money.
